The Home Building Group is actively searching for a Treasury Specialist to join the team in Maryville, TN.

The Treasury Specialist is responsible for Clayton Properties Group treasury administrative activity such as Imaging, Opening/Closing bank accounts, processing signature cards, processing deposit ticket requests, and internal customer service requests. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for daily cash transactions. 
  • Insures proper and complete accounting for all daily cash activities. 
  • Will work closely with Treasury department, Builders and Clayton Properties Group Accounting team regarding file transmissions to our primary bank. 
  • Complete special projects (including but not limited to: transitioning to Oracle, banking fee analysis, banking fraud products for each unit business).
  • Writing new policy and procedures as the new Oracle system creates a different future state.
  • Creating a Wire Fraud Training program with updates and completion of the course every 6 months.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
  • Must be detail oriented and a self-starter as well as reliable. 
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • High level of working knowledge of Excel and the Internet.
  • Effective communicator.
  • Organizational skills.
  • The ability to work with individuals at every level of the organization a must.
  • Prior accounting, audit, or finance experience is a plus.
  • Prior knowledge and use of Oracle Financial is a plus.
