The Home Building Group is actively searching for a Team Member Experience (TMX) Coordinator to join the team at our Rutledge, TN facility.

General Expectations:

 Ensure a World Class Team Member Experience to ensure Team Member is successful.  Provide administrative support for the TMX initiatives and work closely with TMX Manager, Production Manager and General Manager. Advance special TMX projects as assigned using skills, knowledge, and abilities gained through experience and education. 

Reports to: TMX Manager

  1. Responsible for hourly recruiting and on-boarding to include but not limited to interviewing, employment offers, post offer testing, post offer paperwork & on-boarding
  2. Process all duties and functions as it relates to payroll including but not limited to Track absentee’s, PTO, update TM Attendance folders, etc.
  3. Run Daily production and direct reports in Cognos
  4. Create & submits personnel action request (PAR)
  5. Interact and assist all new hires throughout their first 90 days of employment, with a daily communication for the first 30 days of employment.
  6. Assist with the creation of job descriptions, training forms, leadership development materials, policies/procedures, SOPs and other documentation as it applies to TMX
  7. Maintains and tracks all benefits to include Open Enrollment as well as New Hire and Life changes in regards to benefits
  8. Researches and resolves questions from Team Members as they relate to TMX and Payroll
  9. Assists the TMX Manager with Employee Assistance Program initiatives
  10. Follow policies and practices to ensure that we comply with federal and Tennessee state laws
  11. Coordinate TM recognition, appreciation & rewards programs to promote positive employee relations (bump caps, birthdays, perfect attendance, t-shirts, company picnic etc)
  12. Serve as a key participant in the advancement of special TMX projects
  13. Responsible for creating, tracking and data entry of evaluation forms, updating tier level tracking, and ensure forms are filed and organized including Green Hat evaluations
  14. Ensure new team members have a thorough understanding of all information provided
  15. Coordinate regularly scheduled “Green Hat” meetings and report any issues to leadership
  16. Supports and delivers training as it applies to TMX/HR
  17. Ensure the effectiveness of training provided and follow up with team members on their effectiveness in assigned department
  18. Other duties as assigned 

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

  •   BS/BA in business administration or relevant field; or equivalent related experience
  • Proven experience in Team Member Experience (TMX) or Human Resources related field (HR)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
  • Able to handle and maintain confidential information
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Able to adhere to tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in English
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with diverse customers and team members

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be able to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to work in an office environment and manufacturing environment, as needed
