The Home Building Group is actively searching for a Sales Coordinator tojoin the team at our Knoxville, TN TRU facility.

General Expectations:

The Sales Coordinator servesas a resource to the Sales Manager and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) andassists in the completion of all responsibilities for his/her respective CSM.The Sales Coordinator provides a World Class Customer Experience by solvingdealer issues, clarifying and completing sales orders and organizingcommitments and deadlines.


  • Develop and maintain a complete understanding of the TRU product offerings, pricing structure, and internal systems.
  • Facilitate the order entry process and provide an accurate and timely flow of information to our retailers.
  • Provide necessary administrative support to Sales Manager & Customer Success Managers (CSMs) on sales, inventory, inventory turns, and shipment of accounts receivables and parts.
  • Prepare orders for release to production per our policy and procedure.
  • Actively participate in Sales Department initiatives to improve our “products” and “services.”
  • Perform additional functions at the request of the Sales Manager, Production Manager, or CSMs related to generating sales and providing the best possible support to our retailers.

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Required:

  • High level of written and spoken communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize projects independently.
  • Typing proficiency and high level of computer literacy.
  • Flexible and empathetic demeanor.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Customer service experience with emphasis on direct relationship building preferred.
  • Experience working with sales, computer order entry, and manufactured housing strongly preferred.
  • Microsoft software experience is required (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with AS400 system preferred.
