The Home Building Group is actively searching for a Sales and Support Specialist to join the team in Maryville, TN.


Our Sales and Support Specialist works as a concierge throughout the various community groups to identify and support each group’s needs. The focus of this role will be to find new business leads and generate their first purchase. By assisting with the relationships between our Home Building Facilities and their respective community customers across the nation, the Sales and Support Specialist will coordinate needed efforts to help with building and maintaining successful partnerships. 


  • Cold calling prospects and logging their information into a CRM system.
  • Establish new accounts. Collect and document necessary forms, licenses, and payments, and accurately setup these groups in our internal systems.  
  • Responsible for producing reports on a weekly & monthly basis tracking sales volume, growth, A/R and backlogs. 
  • Responsible for managing and maintaining knowledge of current and past relationships of community groups at each Home Building Facility. 
  • Develop an empirical understanding of our community groups– their attitudes, behaviors, needs, and opportunities for future sales growth. 
  • Identify opportunities for improving business processes to increase brand loyalty and drive customer referrals.
  • Perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor’s (4 year) degree preferred with a focus in business, sales, economics, marketing, math or similar majors that require data-based decision making preferred.
