The Home Building Group is actively searching for a Parts Coordinator to join the team at our () facility.


We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, reliable team player that can add value to our Customer Care Department. The Parts Coordinator will be responsible for expediting the delivery/shipments of parts to our contractors, retailers in an efficient manner while maintaining a safe, and organized work area.

Key Functions:

  • Read work orders to determine parts needed per request.
  • Pull, stage, and ship parts for contractors, retailers, and customers.
  • Package parts in a secure manner to reduce damages during transit.
  • Return parts to inventory.
  • Record and reconcile parts in Vantage System.
  • Must always maintain work area clean.
  • Occasionally deliver parts to contractors, retailers, and customers.
  • Will communicate status of parts with contractors, retailers, and customers.
  • Work inside and outside buildings (sometimes during hot or cold weather) and at times will walk for extended periods of time during the process of pulling of parts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge / Experience within the Manufactured Homes or Construction industry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Suite; Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Analytical skills, ability to solve problems and/or offer alternative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Clean Driving Record and a High School Diploma (or equivalent) are required.
  • Experience using FedEx to ship packages and parts.
  • Must be available to work overtime and weekends to meet production schedules.
  • Employee will lift/carry a maximum of 50 lbs, frequently.
