The Director of Team Member Experience (TMX) - Organizational Development for Clayton Properties Group (CPG) has primary responsibility for increasing organization capacity and promoting a healthy workplace culture by implementing TMX, CX, and Leadership Development programs.  The Director of TMX is a member of the CPG Leadership Team and is responsible for ensuring that TMX priorities are aligned with the needs of our 10 independently-operated businesses.  


  • Leads short- and long-term planning for TMX programs for CPG.
  • Leads the design, development and implementation of programs and strategies to meet organization goals. 
  • Uses a variety of organization development tools and methods to assess and describe organizational culture, effectiveness and needs. 
  • Defines performance indicators and KPIs for TMX programs; evaluates and reports progress regularly.
  • Recommends and delivers training & development programs that improve skills and abilities of team members and leaders and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Manages the individual development process for senior and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with HR professionals to sustain and reinforce leadership development efforts.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience with organization development tools and methodologies (i.e, culture assessments, surveys, process improvement, change management, etc.)
  • Expertise in leadership development topics (i.e., employee engagement, coaching, team-building, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, etc.)
  • Ability to build strategic partnerships, internally and externally.  Collaborates across the organization to maximize outcomes
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Results oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Advanced coaching and consulting skills with a proven track record of quickly gaining credibility and partnering with business leaders
  • Ability to operationalize and execute short term tactical work where needed.
  • Business acumen; ability to quickly learn, understand, and remain current on the drivers to company performance
  • Strong written/oral communication skills, effective presentation and facilitation abilities.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organization Psychology, Human Resources or related field
  • 7+ years’ work experience in Organization Development, training and development, or related field
  • Experience with diagnostic/assessment tools including, but not limited to: DiSC, EQ-360, Myers Briggs, etc. strongly preferred.
