Job Description

CSM (Sales): Communities - Redwood Falls, MN

Reports to: Sales Manager

The main objectives of this position are:

  • To work with community owners
  • To develop and maintain a working relationship with planned communities in your region
  • To work closely with the sales and production teams 

Who are we looking for?

  • Someone with excellent communication skills 
  • Someone who has strong organizational skills and is self-motivated
  • Someone who can work with all styles of management, customers and coworkers.
  • Someone who has a background and working experience with sales

Other tasks will include:

  • Assist with providing to the Sales Manager any communication to Home Office regarding sales targets 
  • Assist the sales department on any project deemed necessary by Sales Manager
  • Assist with special events pertaining to Sales
  • Attends sales meetings as required
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to include weekends/overnights
  • This position will require consistent availability between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. 

Requirements:

  • Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent and preferably a post-secondary education or prior marketing experience
  • Must have solid computer skills to include Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word) and experience in AS400 is a plus and social media
  • Must have excellent phone etiquette
  • Must be reliable (Good Attendance, Safety Conscious, and can Hold Confidentiality)

Compensation:

  • Salary + Commission
