The Home Building Group is actively searching to fill a Part-Time Accounts Payable role at our Albuquerque, NM Karsten Homes facility.

General Expectations:

Match receivables with invoices and receiving and invoicing in our IGPS system. To assist Dispatch with signing out drivers, putting driver home packets together, entering data sheets, filing. This person will learn all aspects so they can be a back-up when the Payables or Dispatch is on vacation.

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Match all packing slips with purchase orders.
  • Once matched these are then matched to the invoice from the supplier.
  • This information is then entered into the IGPS system to create an invoice and paid by Corp.
  • Dispatch Drivers in the morning (sign their paperwork and hand out the home packet).
  • Ship the homes in AS400.
  • File shippers, serialized invoices and payables invoices from transport companies.
  • Enter all freight bills into the Excel spreadsheet and AS400.
  • Enter all flat tires, hub, axle and spring repairs, any downtime for drivers in the flat tire log.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Computer skills / typing proficiency / attention to detail.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience working with accounts payable and/or receivable preferred.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
